The Election Period consits of however long it takes for the population of the site to vote, this is a maximum of a week.

People will be in office for a maximum of a month. (thats 1 term)

the current fields and how to earn them go as follows.

President: Be number one in the election
Vice President: Be appointed by president
Chief Advisor: Be appointed by president
Military Advisor: Be appointed by president
Economic Advisor: Be appointed by president

There is NO limit to how many times a person can serve a term in office.
