Bio/History: Jay normanly referred to as J. grew up in a happy life and had no doubts that he wanted to become a part of the government. Thus he worked really hard in school. When he was eighteen he joined the military and used the ROTC program to get through college. However his deployment after which did not last long. As he as shot and spent several months recovering . Upon which he was honorably discharged from service. With this small stent into the Military spring boarded him into his political career at the age of 22.

um, this was probibly a deployment into an out of control Riot situation that the regular police couldent handle, if he was older, i would say deployment into the Middle east.
